F3-Design is a product specialist focused on pallet transport and pallet-packaging machines (stretch cover installations). With more than 80 years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically for the packaging industry, we are able to respond to current and future market demand.
We aim to develop high-tech products, which are easy to use. Allowing our customers to independently use our technology and experience all advantages without constantly having to rely on our expertise. This way, we can focus on continuously improving our products, such as the Nipper.
To best understand the Nipper and its features, we first invite you for a demonstration in our office in Eersel, the Netherlands, free of charge. If interested, we can then test the Nipper on site to verify whether the product meets the specific needs of your company.

THE MOST VERSATILE PALLET TRUCK
The Nipper is a compact automated guided vehicle for unmanned internal pallet transportation. It can easily lift pallets up to 1000 kg and navigate through narrow spaces, making the Nipper a versatile and intelligent pallet truck. Another advantage is that, after training, you will be able to program the Nipper without our help. You know how to use the intelligent software to easily customize the Nipper’s routes, add multiple Nippers to the program and change existing commands.
Our Nipper meets the most stringent safety requirements. High-quality safety components, such as a 360° scanner and Blue Spot, are installed to ensure the Nipper can safely navigate through manned spaces. Making it an excellent vehicle for use in a production or warehouse environment.
By deploying our Nippers on the work floor, you will save substantial amounts of money in respect of manpower and insurance, as well as increase productivity.

The Nipper can be equipped with an object scanner to prevent damage from objects that are not detected in the security scanner field.

STEP 3: USE
USE OF THE NIPPER
All Nipper users have to be trained before they can start using the Nipper. Since use of the Nipper can vary per customer, we offer a customized training. We will first invite you in our office in Eersel to get the first basics. Then, the training will continue on site to allow you to learn more about the installation and use of the Nipper within your own working environment.
All participants will receive a certificate after successfully completing the training. Only certified employees are able to obtain after-sales service. learn more about the installation and use of the Nipper within your own working environment.
Once you have completed the training, we will jointly install your Nipper on site.
